"Black Pearl Homes creates lasting places and communities. Specializing in complex regeneration projects, we work with local people to design vibrant communities where families can live and grow together.

We invest in our projects for the long term and have a forensic focus on quality and legacy. As a master developer, we curate new neighborhoods, thinking about everything from new homes and workspaces to transport infrastructure and local services. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. All our communities are unique to their location with the type of homes and spaces responding to local market need.

Taking a long-term view means we build with flexibility from the outset to maximise the potential of each site. We work with different partners to deliver innovative solutions to often difficult projects.

We are passionate about creating homes and workspaces that suit today’s way of life. Our aim is to bring people together."

We are looking for a new website that represents the above vision statement. The Website should be of a scrolling type with the following "sections":
1) HOME - Landing Page with large picture banner and the above text
2) CURRENT PROJECTS - Thumbnails of each project (currently 4 with basic data about the project and the ability in the future to link to that project's own website (sales website for houses)
3) STORIES - like a media or project references page, this will thumbnails of stories with link that will have its own quite long text about the project with some pictures
4) ABOUT - Short Text about the Company
5) CONTACT - standard

Logo of the company is attached. We want simple color scheme to go with the branding. It should be quite modern and fit with real estate market.
