Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

We need a graphic to clearly and simply convey the new structure / framework of our sustainability strategy in a forward looking and modern way. We are a construction company, Gammon Construction Limited, based in Hong Kong with a strong focus on innovation and technology and a reputation for our efforts in sustainability.
The framework graphic will be used in various communications e.g. brochure, PPT, poster, web etc. both internally (to the level of construction workers) as well as externally.
The strategy is called Responsible Growth and has the theme of '25 by 25' which is linked to a 25% target by 2025 (for various parameters).
There are four focus areas and each has an associated approach (colour suggestion in brackets):
1: Safety – Zero Harm (orange)
2: Environment – Zero Waste (green)
3: Value Chain – Co-creation (blue)
4: People - Caring (employees and community) (purple)
All of these need to be driven and linked by innovative thinking.
The implementation of our strategy needs to be driven by strong Governance centred on our business philosophy which we call 'The Gammon Way'.
The words 'Innovation', 'Governance' and 'The Gammon Way' should all be included.
Company logo and initial design is attached. Ignore "SDGs 3, 7, 8, 9, 12 (and 17)" in the attachment. Other options such as a pictoral / infographics style or other styles are welcome!
Eventually the design will need to be in English and/or Traditional Chinese but English is fine for now. We can insert Chinese later.
