Resumen de Diseño de Logo
We need a logo design to establish our brand as real estate specialists in the area. The real estate team as of now consists of me and one other person. The area we specialize in is a small fairly new community in the coastal side of Los Angeles. It is called Playa Vista. Playa Vista has only been developed for 10 years and they are adding to the community. Over the years techy companies such as facebook, youtube and microsoft have opened offices in and near the community. Playa Vista itself is generally residential, which is what we specialize in.
For a while now my partner and I have worked as a team but still as individuals. for 2014 we plan on rolling out a marketing campaign which consists of our new real estate brand "PLAYA VISTA PROS". This is where you guys come in. We need a fresh logo for this brand and we'd like it to be simple yet noticeable and at the same time have a contemporary and luxury feel.

To all designers who have already submitted a design and to those who are currently working on theirs. Playa Vista is a community near the beach and we have many palm trees here. The ideal design should have a hint of an ocean or a palm tree if possible. Designs that show high rise buildings do not fit the community as we are not considered super metropolitan.
