Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our consulting business "Stärken-Fokus" ("Strength Focus" in English).
We help individuals to discover and focus on their strengths. Unlike other consultants who always focus on people's weaknesses and how to overcome them, we analyze the strengths the person already possesses and help to unleash his/her full potential. In so doing the person will increase his/her self-effectiveness, have more energy, be more motivated, and become more successful in his/her job and other areas of life.
In the logo please use a symbol for "focus" similar to the attached pictures but make your own interpretation (the attached pictures are only for inspiration).
Please DON'T make the symbol for focus look like the crosshair of a weapon/gun.
