Maybe you didn't copy the links correctly, or didn't use the best browser, so make sure you do and follow them.
We all know that private emails are not ethic and may lead to an unfair contest for the rest of the designers.

The full size of the flyer should be 8.5 x 11 with two folds (3 panels) so it will fit into a standard envelope when folded.

Don't know if my posted reply was clear before. I just added an eps version of the logo to the Dropbox folder. Hope this helps!
