Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I need a fresh, modern design for a business folder. I have our company's colors, logo, and a separate file for just the graphic part of our logo as a design element. No photo, just colors, gradients, and shadows to create depth. I like the idea of a rich grey as the background, however, I realize we'd have to lighten to 'Tax Advisory Services' part of our logo.

The design would just be the 'front' or outside of the folder from GotPrint. Design file attached. You can find that here under 9 x 12 standard folder, Left and Right Pockets With Slit Both Sides:
