Thanks iwana, all is still open. To better understand what I mean with adaption of the source is to look at 4 examples below. All are showing the same fish, but are truly some kind different to the template.

Many Design drafts here are showing my uploaded illustration because you immediatelly recognize the same structure and recognize... "hey thats the same picture but only slightly modified..." but the goal to achieve is "hey, the same fish but both pictures Show it in Kind of different way."

German Copyright law is strict. So either please Mix from several illustration a New one or create a New one or modify the existing so that only 70 percent are the same. Please Look at the characteristics of each fish by searching for different pictures in Google.

When using Copyrights pictures please include URL, so I can Check how both differ or not.
For Example, same fish but different illustrations:

Yes, I still am. :) I've worked these days on different techniques, but I've ended up with doing the fishes in drawings/color.
I'll try to finish the versions that I have until tomorrow night and I'll submit them then.
