Do you know the value of designers spending so much time on this to create a logo?

Do you know the value of my time? I have been flooded with below average designers that have gotten me nothing. Should I keep them in the contest to be nice and fair? Being nice does not get me the design we need. Time is money and a majority of these designers should not be designing logos. I appreciate your time and everyone else’s but if you can’t get the job done, you need to know that to get better. Thanks

You have not mentioned anything that you want in the description. Almost 5000 designers are there in designcrowd.
If you were clear in your description there is no waste of time creating a good logos .
