What do you need exactly ?
If you need a logo then what will be the text ?
And you have mentioned that you need a business card as well but for this information is not quite enough!

I need a logo that includes the title/text if possible, (Power, Passion, Prosperity). I will also need a variation of that logo to fit for my podcast that will be descriptive, bold and intriguing on these platforms, iTunes, Soundcloud and Sticher. The logo for the podcast must include the words. I might suggest checking out the iTunes Podcast app to see how they look. For the podcast logo only, I would like to include my name, Dr. Jay

I do not have a website as of yet. I will want to add the website to the card. I would like to add somewhere on the card these bullets
- Maximize Your Personal Power
- Reignite Your Passion
- Create Abundant Prosperity

I will also have a phone number on there. I will not be adding an address. Is there anything else you need? Hopefully this helps.
