I work as a commercial agent for a leading New Zealand real estate business 'Bayleys Realty Group'.
Based in the sunny Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand I need a modern logo design for the purpose of personal branding as a commercial and industrial real estate agent/broker within Bayleys Realty Group.

I am a young and energetic commercial real estate agent striving to do things better and also think outside the box. I am seeking to have some personal branding for the purpose of using on social and print media.

The design must work well when paired with the real estate company 'Bayleys' logo(dark blue and white) and needs to be fresh and modern, while being appropriate for an industrial and commercial real estate agent. The colour of the logo is to look good with the Bayleys blue, with a preference for grey's, white and black. I am also open to the idea of introducing some colour with the greyscale.
This logo and Bayleys logo will mainly be used in conjunction of each other.
