Resumen de Diseño de Logo
Current company SponsorshipUniverse.com is evolving and needs an updated logo. There is a new name and domain TheSponsorshipguy.com that I wish to replace/integrate Sponsorshipuniverse as well as LarryWeil.com and SponsorshipGreen.com
My current website is about to undergo a major overhaul. The new direction is from "everything sponsorship" and a focus on selling sponsorships to buying and managing sponsorships for medium size companies that don't have their own expertise. The focus will be on my expertise, bio and blogs.
I prefer logos that can easily be utilized in print, web and other formats. The logo must be primarily horizontal. It also must accommodate a short tag line. I would like the design to include a tagline location in a complimentary font and color.
The tagline may change as cited below. Attached files include a personal photo that will likely be included on the site or something of similar style and some rough notes about my "elevator speech" and what sponsorship is. A lot of it is sports, but it can also include all kinds of events and entertainment.
I tend to prefer styles that are clean and cool, appealing to corporate types, Intricate is out. Historically, I have stylized the name as the logo, but am completely open to symbolism that is adjacent to the name. I want to convey knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and creativity when it comes to getting deals done and activation that works.
Is that too much to ask from a logo. And please, nothing stock looking. I am also fine with abstract as long as it is simple.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: The deadline has been extended in order to properly review recent submissions and to accommodate my holiday schedule. I will not extend the date beyond this. I will use a few days after the closing to review the finalists and will make the selection no later than the end of the first week of Jan. Thank you for your patience. This is the first time I have used Design Crowd and the quality and number of submissions has been beyond my expectation.
Thank you very much. Whether or not your design is selected, I am grateful for your efforts. I sell for a living and have to go to bat many times to get each sale, so I am sympathetic to the challenge. lw
