Can you clarify what is to be in the Take Away Menu please, because as it is, the twelve pages of contents that you have provided can be condensed to fit eight A4 pages, so it seems quite a bit for a Take Away. Also, may I ask if you can consider assessing the designs for the main menu first so that whichever designer is chosen can feel confident about investing his/her time and effort in the second one?
