Uncle Sam is a cartoon character representing the US Government. I posted a picture of Uncle Sam in one of the three images I gave for examples.

Just wanted to clarify if you are looking for more of a realistic looking Uncle Sam illustration or something more cartoon-like?

Thank you. Uncle Sam should have the historical look. But wearing a modern US Military uniform that is the same color of the traditional image in blue.

This is also for a t shirt design.

How do you want the finalized artwork? With a color limit (4-6 colors) it seems you want a final vector portrait image(cartoon like), but since you want a realistic photograph print (colors are endless) it also seems you are you looking for a finalized pixel image.
