Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We need a design for a T-shirt that is called "Our Oregon Trail - 2018". It should show a trip that goes:

Portland, OR -> Crater Lake -> Redwood National Park -> Lassen Lava Fields -> Lake Tahoe

It would be nice to make it just 2-3 colors, with some fun, graphic images at each point on the map.

Ideally, it should show a background of Oregon and California with a trail that covers the areas above. it would be nice to have a graphical image for each of the landmarks: Portland, Crater Lake; Redwood National Park; Lassen Lava Fields and Lake Tahoe. images should be drawn/sketched - not photos. simple is better, with just a few colors.
