Why are you choosing winning designs that look like vector when you are saying : "The brand is a luxury brand, so the icons need to look hand crafted, and not corporate or like vector art. "They need to be simple, elegant, playful, and easy to read, with just enough detail to look hand made, but not too much detail, as they are icons and will animate by quickly" ???
You should not have invite people who created real hand Drawing illustrations. This is a lot of time consuming for nothing. I am leaving design Crowd because of people like YOU...
