Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are in need of a logo for the launch of our nonprofit, Fresh New Start. The organization strives to refresh and renew the young woman who has lost her husband to cancer and to offer encouragement and support as she both starts and endures her journey through widowhood.

Founded by two cancer widows in their 30s, this is an effort to provide a supportive place for others in the same situation between the ages of 18 and 45. The founders discovered a lack of support for them in other places and decided to fill that void.

The ceremonial launch will occur in the spring, as the purpose embodies renewal and refreshment. We would like to see the elements of the flower celandine, lesser incorporated in the design. The flower symbolizes "joys to come." It has a small yellow flower and a green, heart-shaped leaf.

We would like to incorporate bright yellows and greens in the design in a clever but not cartoonish appearance. We would also like to see the skeleton of the leaf incorporated in the design, but the flower may or may not be used. Finally, we prefer to have the name of the organization incorporated in the final design.

The logo will be utilized for our website, advertising and marketing materials, shirts, cards, etc. This means that we will need a vector-based design with color use that allows it to be seen clearly from both a distance and closely.
