Using fitness as a vessel, Second Chance Fitness builds a sustainable community and support system for people struggling with motivation and weight loss, athletes, enthusiasts, recently released prisoners, and recovering addicts. A community’s culture is what drives the health of the individuals.

The gym will be similar to a Crossfit box but more welcoming. A lot of the times, CrossFit is intimidating and can force people who have failed at fitness goals to shy away.
