Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are after the following deliverables please:
1. Company Logo
2. Microsoft Powerpoint Template, incorporating the logo
3. Microsoft Word letterhead, incorporating the logo
4. Very brief style guide which includes the colour detail and any other information required to reproduce the logo consistently on different mediums (The logo will mainly be used on Web site, Clothing, Business Cards, Vehicles and Posters)

We are looking for a design which captures the essence of our business which operates in Australia as an online marketplace for farmers to buy products they need for the running of their farms. The marketplace will bring the buyers and sellers of the goods together.

We want our brand and logo to represent trustworthiness, transparency, and professionalism.

The demographic we are targeting are farmers, however not the traditional type of image that may be associated with farming.
Our members are professional savvy business people who are experts in running their farming operation. They are increasingly tech savvy, despite working in the Agriculture industry.

The typical relationship between the sellers and the buyers is one of driving up the driveway to meet, or to talk with each other on the phone. Our marketplace will change this to an online interaction.

The design needs to convey a friendly and familiar atmosphere/environment when they log on.

As this is our first attempt at something like this, I also feel the information below needs to be mentioned - please excuse me if this is already assumed:
- Logo needs to print well both in colour and monochrome (i.e. when printed on a black and white printer)
- Logo needs to present well when embroidered onto a shirt (for example). Not sure if this means anything to how colours are used, or if we need a solid block of colour behind the logo to ensure it embroiders well).
