We are looking for a logo design that would convey What we are Or Where we are.
We are a mobile home community that is located along the famed Rio Grande River and is in the high desert of New Mexico. We rent land to people that own their own home and we also rent mobile homes as well. The community offers a quiet, safe neighborhood with onsite management. We are near: 18 hole golf course, ancient Indian Ruins, the Rio Grande, and 30 miles south of Albuquerque, NM. We have taken a decrepit run down trailer park over ridden with druggies/felons/prostitutes and cleaned house. We have turned it around into a desirable safe area suitable for young families/ first time homeowners/second home owners/reitrees. A logo that looks professional and conveys any of the above, ie peacefull, vast, high desert, river side, centrally located, rural, native American or Mexican American in ancestry.
We are looking to attract new people from outside the southwest US.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

The point is to attract new tenants into the MH park. Current tenant base is from the local area , we are looking to increase the tenant base by attracting people from outside the southwest US area. The town the park is in is newly formed this May 2013, perfect opportunity to attract movers and shakers looking to be able to make a difference and accustomed to higher level of involvement in their community. All ages, want to appeal to the downsizing empty nesters, AND the newly downsizing ie foreclosure victims (:O) This is a viable option for people who want to have control over their housing costs
