Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are an international company. We work in HR area and have internet-based products for recruiting. We are going to start to produce magazine Teams. For that, we need a logo. We have attached a version we have in the Czech Republic -logo and the Magazine. The format of the magazine is the same as we will have in English. The colours we would like to have are maximum 2 - blue and orange.
Code for blue CMYK 100 91 31 27
Code for orange CMYK 2 63 100 0
The logo should not be complicated. It should be easy to read.
