Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I am starting a T-Shirt online store and I want to sell my first product for my Air Force Civil Engineer Squadron. I need a T-Shirt Graphic/Art/Logo done. The artwork will be printed on the back and it needs to be at least 12x16 inches, which will include a drawing of a muscular Rhino/man that represents the military, Civil Engineers, with texts 9 CES RHINO'S LEADS THE WAY! somewhere in the artwork, and is noticeable. The artwork needs to have multiple, 100% solid colors (no transparency). Artwork need to be at least 300 dpi, and delivered in all file types (especially .png) and including the .psd, with the background already removed.

• 1) A muscular rhino/man that represents a military, civil engineer. Cool looking, bad-ass. May wear torn camo tank top and a hard hat. I leave to the designer.
• 2) First line text: 9 CES
• 3) Second line text: "RHINOS LEADS THE WAY!"
• 4) Text are all caps
• 5) Something in the background that represents the military and civil engineers (i.e. M-16s, Construction vehicles/equipment, Construction/plumbing tools, electrical, etc.)
• 6) Files at least in 300 dpi and background removed (i.e. transparent background)
• 7) Files with multiple, 100% solid colors (no fade, no transparency)
• 8) At least 12x16 size
• 9) Electricity

• 1) Text has some type of design element (i.e. 3D, cracks like rocks, etc.)
• 2) U-2 Spy plane in the background
