Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our rental home/property management company, Bastille Property Management. We are based out of Fargo, ND in the US. We provide superb service and attention to detail and are competitive with rent in quality homes and twinhomes. Attached document with 2 logo examples.

The top image:
-we like silver, blue, black, gold, copper is interesting - mix and match
-the stylized B ends up being the color of the background which is cool – typically white or black
-2 colors – one for either part – seems to work well
-could try another shape that works better than circle

Bottom image:
-has potential
-same idea for colors - we like silver, blue, black, gold, copper is interesting - mix and match
-2 or 3 colors

No pastel looking colors. We like crisp and bold.

We have a preference for just the B, but could also play with BPM, Bastille, or Bastille Property Management. Currently open to font ideas.
