Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Logo design for a Chiropractic and Physical Therapy practice located in Maryland in suburbs of DC. We have expanded to offer Physical Therapy services and we would like our new logo to reflect that. We work with everyone from athletes to the elderly to help them eliminate their pain without drugs and surgery. Logo should be modern and clean. It can say either just Proactive or Proactive Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. Logo will be used on intake forms, website, and uniforms. Logo will need to be legible when printed on 3x3inch square. Logo can communicate active and healthy lifestyle or incorporate our geographic location. Our current logo uses green and orange but we are not married to it.
