The shape of the drone is as it is, and I can't draw four triangles and circle inside and expect it to be recognized as a drone. It is the shape of drone, and I think that nobody has exclusive rights to it.

Except this, a person with a sense of beauty or good design skills, will notice that the main point of design is a person, which is the center of the logo, and stay there to represent the nation, because the name of the company is "Drone nation".

This logo is original and not much close to few concepts you mentioned, but you are, probably, just one disappointed contestant and, what is more important, unfair competitor.
