Resumen de Diseño de Logo
This Private Limited Company, consisting of one person, is based in York, UK. It will be a part-time business offering clients business improvement consultancy, coaching, mentoring, and exceptionally, non-executive directorship in extremis. This SME is predominently home based, has no marketing budget, and will rely on word of mouth referrals and the internet for business. The owner is semi-retired, and has no aspiration to become a top FTSE 100 organisation! He has a small budget, but seeks a logo that not only reflects the name of the company, but might subsequently be used on letter heads, website and business cards. At this stage, it is planned for the website to be 'minimalist', containing very few colours, with the possible exception of its icon, which I suspect should be colourful. My personal values are integrity, accountability, humility, respect for others, and ethical behaviour. I don't want a design that is too brash, but would prefer one that might appeal to 30 to 50 year old professionals.

Please forgive this belated update, but I've not done this before.
Beneath the logo, I hope to add the 'strap line' "Enabling others to Succeed". I might write this in myself, or you may choose to incorporate it in to your design.

Predominently, but not exclusively individual 'middle managers', start-ups and Small and Medium Enterprises. Not gender specific, but probably tagetting English speakers. Commercial Sector more likely.

- I thought about using all 3 (or 4) words in different fonts/colours, but am reasonally open to suggestions. The rest of the website will be very simple, minimalist in design, potentially using pastal colours. The icon can either be standalone or require the company name to appear adjacent to it for completeness.

- Too ornate, too brash, or 'in your face' design. This must be a professional design.
