Resumen de Diseño de Logo

A logo designed (more material to follow for the right person such as online marketing material) for a potential new branding and/or offshoot of my current business.

My current business is a real estate office and offers holiday rentals and real estate services.

I would like the logo to be able to be swapped in and out and/or used both ways, eg. as 'Jervis Bay Holiday Rentals' and as 'Jervis Bay Real Estate' (having the ability to swap and change/have both options to use, the 'Holiday Rentals' and 'Real Estate' in and out within the same logo using the 'Jervis Bay' as the binding part.

'Jervis Bay' is a brand in itself and as our services are 'Holiday Rentals' and 'Real Estate' I would like to them to be equally prominent.

I would like the branding to be clean, simple and modern.

EDIT: I love a lot of what I have seen and looking through them there are a few additions I would like to make to the brief:
1. I would like something symetrical
2. I would like something with a solid/block colour background
3. I would like something with minimal colour (probably two tone)
4. I would like something clean and sharp
5. I would like something with similar focus/size on 'Jervis Bay' as 'Holiday Rentals' or 'Real Estate'
6. An additional idea that I had was to maybe use 'JBHR' for 'Jervis Bay Holiday Rentals' and 'JBRE' for 'Jervis Bay Real Estate' in a 'box' or as an 'image' or as the 'logo' or what could be used as a 'Favicon' or 'Profile Picture' when space is limited but also have it tied into the 'main logo'.
