The attachment that has different logos are concept that someone else has done. This is not what I am looking for. I could have designed these myself. I really am interested in a classy and modern look that screams custom home builder. The second logo is my old logo that I will be replacing.

Specialized General Contracting and Building is so long for a stand alone logo... I wonder what NCA stands for... North Carolina Architects perhaps? The brief is focused on NCA but there’s no linked meaning to it. Or maybe I’m missing something else, I don’t know
