Required more info the flyer design

This flyer will be hand delivered to the entrances of well-to-do homes. It will include the first name of the eBay powerseller, and some additional text...
perhaps something like this:

"My name is Michael and I live in [a nearby town].
I am a successful eBay powerseller.
If you have fine jewelry, coins, or other similar items you would like to sell, I'm your guy.
I will sell them on eBay. I will photo, display, monitor, sell and ship each item to the buyer.
All for one-third the selling price.

I thought some flyer design or motif would increase the chance of someone reading the text. Also: type or color of paper would help.

What kind of flyer? A 1-fold (8.5 x 11--letter size) folded down the middle?
A bi-fold, three panel brochure (letter size paper)

Larger paper? Different brochure orientation?

Could I have access to your eBay "About Me" page information so I can add some things that will promote your standing "PowerSeller" Status.. (I'll use things like, how long you've been Powerselling, what you sell, feedback from people who have purchased things from you..and been pleased ..etc..etc).

Also, a head-shot (or profile picture) is never a bad idea -- they promote a "name with a face" recognition for your customer.
