Resumen de Diseño de Logo

i need a logo to brand and create brand identity for a new company i am starting to create funny t-shirts, and possibly other clothing items. it should be distinctive and memorable and possibly consist of a large version that could be a little more involved for high-visibility placement on t-shirtrs in fairly large size for brand ID (roughly 3-4 inches across), and a smaller simplified version that would fit on a clothing label that was maybe an inch across. i already know the general parameters of what i want visually: i want a cherubic little angel being punished in some way. maybe behind bars in jail with sad face and droopy wings, or possibly in the stocks, or maybe in a guillotine, or maybe being whipped, or maybe in handcuffs, or maybe 3 of them in a chain gang with ball and chain around ankles. they should look very sad in face and body posture. and the name "Punish The Innocent" should be featured in the design. i don't know if the words should be next to or under or above and below the design, and i am unsure of the font. the design should be 2 color black and white (reversible to white black), no color.

anyone who likes funny or wacky or unusual things. my initial target market is for t-shirts with funny sayings. i have a LOT of funny t-shirt saying ideas. i want to create a brand identity for these so people remember them both visually with a memorable logo and also with a memorable name. my shirts will be a little "smartass" and slightly (bit not grossly) risqué. and the clothing would be quite outlandish, a polar opposite from conservative. so i will be appealing to a "sassy" crowd of people who like things that are QUITE different and a little bit naughty (but NOT XXX).

• i want one or more sad looking cherub(s) being punished somehow (see above). the logo is mostly intended to be fairly large on the t-shirts (3-4 inches across) so people begin to look for it and notice it along with the funny saying, the logo placement would be on the back collar of the shirt or on the front lower right under and/or to the side of the funny saying. it should be black and white reversible to white and black so it can go on black t-shirts or white ones.

Agradable de tener

• it would be nice to have a simplified version for small interior garment/t-shit labels. for example, instead of a whole cherub, maybe just some wings, a halo and a pair of handcuffs or a whip or whatever

No debería tener

• nothing offensive or "bloody". my original idea was having a cherub hanging by a noose, but many friends told me that would have racial charged overtones by calling up images of lynchings, and was also too harsh, and i agree, so that would be an example of "going too far."
