Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

Our school doesn't have many options for shirts with our school name on it, so I want to make one. Want to do a chest pocket design and a back design. Here's some info about our school that I would like incorporated into the design somehow.
School Name: LSU School of Medicine
School City: New Orleans (would like this in the design somehow (word or skyline))
Class of 2021 (I like the idea of "2021" in Roman numerals (MMXXI)
Our mascot is a tiger, but this also doesn't have to be incorporated.
Some ideas of things that can be incorporated (but feel free to omit or add other things) are a stethoscope, the medical symbol (Caduceus), etc.

It'll probably be printed in white in ink on a purple shirt.

Really just a cool graphic for the back of a class shirt is what I'm looking for.
