Leaning more toward the pastel type logos. Pastel blues, purples, pinks. (I think only one colour and white/black/grey or another hue of the colour could be good - but willing to play!)

I really love all your logos I think I like the one where studio is offset from smac. I like the fonts, do you think maybe a sophistocated simple graphic next to or above (or even under the smac could help? something to do with architevture.. maybe even a hand drawn line under smac so its like:

Your rating of one or two stars does not lead to new designs. Why? Designers are giving up because it removes their rating. If you do not like a design, you better eliminate it without putting one or two stars.
