I would like to have one side of the flyer for details of the 6% for 6 Months Offer and the other with the following for a Referral Scheme

Do you know someone who has a property to rent out in Cambridge and the surrounding villages?

Refer a friend, colleague, or anyone else to us and if we rent their property successfully based on your recommendation, we will pay you a referral fee as a thank you. Thats right, £25.00 for every landlord recommended to us who we successfully let!

Note to All Designers

After some thought I have decided to make the flyer A5 size instead of A6. I think it will make it clearer and give some more space.

Hi All

I have added a few files for my design. I would like the QR barcode to be added to the flyer, small so that people looking at the flyer can scan the code and go straight to my website.

I have also attached a facebook and twitter logo.

To the right og the Facebook logo I would like it to say Become our fan on Facebook and below that facebook.com/LarkrisePropertyManagement

To the right of the Twitter logo I would like to say Follow us on Twitter and below that twitter.com/LarkriseCambs

I think it is important to add these social networks options to my flyer.

I have also uploaded my business logo on its own as thought it could be used on one side of the flyer possibly and have the "To Let" board on the other?

I look forward to receiving some new designs.
