Resumen de Diseño de Logo
We are a Germany based wholesale company employing people speaking almost 30 different languages from all over the world. We are building a new in house (non public) restaurant to improve the quality of the food that is available to our employees. This includes pre-made organic hot meals, healthy snacks and fresh juices, but also a self preparation area.
The restaurant needs a name and a matching logo to be put up on a wall (up to 2x2m / 6x6ft, but it may be smaller or any orientation).
The name shall be English speaking, but we would consider German, French, Spanish and Italian names if "commonly comprehensible".
The winner will be the best combination of name and design. Feel free to look at www.picard.de - for those who know us, our mascot is "Captain Picard" but please do not include that in naming or design (no "Captain's mess" or "Captain Picard's Fresh Bar" or whatever). Thanks!

Hi guys, just to elaborate a bit: Our restaurant/canteen/mess will be furnished with items made of black steel, natural conrete floors, dark leather couches, rough wooden surfaces. There also is a lounge are which is more colourful, with a view through a half circular glass wall onto a green (flower) wall. Exposed steel, concrete, leather, wood - everything quite natural. Not many "artificial" feeling surfaces. Maybe helps understanding the mood/theme, which is quite important.

- The logo and the name needs to have some connotation and connection to our business and our culture. See the brief. Some designers have managed this very well already, but we are far away from having a winner as per 09th of September.
No debería tener
- Do not mention "Picard" or "Captain Picard" or "Captain" in the name (as already indicated in the initial briefing).
- Do not use generic names "Fresh", "Organic" etc.
- Do not mention the word "Employee" or "Employer" in the name - this is too blunt.
- We have people from across Europe - do not use names that are offensive in parts of Europe.
