Do you need 3d cad files or you need how it will look after it will be ready? I mean im 3ds max user. Is it okay if i create what you want in 3ds max? Or maybe later i export the model to you in Dxf format?

Solar cell is 2 inches square.
Battery pack is 2.375 length X .75 wide X 1.25 height (including the LED protrusion) inches.
The remaining measurements are left for creative design.

Removable battery pack would consist of a single 1.5 volt AA battery, LED and controller. This is described approximately 2.375-2.5 inches long X .75-.8 inches wide X 1.25-1.5 inches height. Bottom side is a small LED light .125 inches circle with 2 tiny wires. Size of these in the drawing are not important.
