Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for an oil and gas Directional Drilling company called "Marksman Directional". We provide design and onsite supervision necessary to drill horizontal Oil and gas wells. We would like a logo that would be applicable to use on letterhead, invoices and business cards and that could also be embroidered on to Jackets, shirts and caps. We attached the American Marksman logo below as we were wanting something similar but more like the Texas flag cut into the background. The second attachment is where we tried to mock something up but have determined that we would prefer initials or a brand in the center opposed to the oil derrick.
