Hi Everyone. Thank you for all the submissions. Here are a few notes to move forward with:
Please avoid too much red or too many wavy lines. We are a luxury real estate developer and a real estate investment fund manager. We deal with very high end clients and high-net worth individuals. This brochure needs to feel like a luxury product that is selling high quality investment, financial security and a rare location and product type.

The fact that we have the protections and guarantees we do, coupled with the location next to San Jose state is a huge advantage. Please see the previous flier that was produced in our ppt file that was in the list of materials provided.
