Our mission is to bring lifestyle Medicine to Hungary, through educational programs provided to companies, individuals and healthcare professionals. Our program tackles all 6 areas of achieving a truly healthy lifestyle: 1. Whole Food Plant Based nutrition2. Exercise3. Stress management4. No smoking5. Sleep6. Quality human relationships
