Previous Design?

I tried to attach the previous logo unsuccessfully, it was basically a golden arrow with three key words rising up adjacent. I had imagined a kind of meteor with a trail of stars, however the designs I now like are the designs that indicate personal growth and the centrality of the relationship. As this is a coaching training program for rehabilitation clinicians to help people recovering from serious life changing illness to recover hope for a good life. Coaching is a relationship that heals people learn achieve goals and grow. Other key words are dignity and independence.
