LeanFactor is a New International Digital Strategy and Communication Consultancy. Based on the Lean concep, focus on continuous improvement as to work and on the reduction of 'waste' (AKA not necessary services) during the workflow throughout the year. We analyze our clients' needs to create an integral strategy that responds to the challenges of the business. The important thing is the tangible results that we generate for our clients; not the 'discipline', tool or tactic that we use to achieve them. One client, One strategy, One budget, Different Tools. LeanFactor is an international project, joined by ex-colleagues, partners and friends to launch the agency not only in Spain, but also in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Brazil. We offer a transparent model in which our objectives as consultants, will be fully linked to our clients' business objectives. In addition, we will significantly reduce your investment - without sacrificing quality or results - by optimizing activities and resources.
