Thanks for the invitation, but I'm afraid redesigning a logo of an existing firm with 11 years is not that easy as you may have been thinking.

Brand which already have gained trust and honor, will of course need more research, time, discussion, and extra workload.

So I would suggest you increase the budget, and work with the designers very consistently to find the solution.
