We need a logo design for an apartment community. Demographic is primarily Gen X, between 35-45, aspirational, upwardly mobile. The vibe of the community will be warm and welcoming (as opposed to "cool" or "urban"). Design will be comfortable, rather than pushing the envelope. Located adjacent to millions of square feet of retail with shops, restaurants, movies, entertainment and office - true Live, Work, Play environment. Unit count - 324 - five-story, elevator access. Surface parked with detached garages, community clubhouse featuring Resident's Club, Cafe, 24-hr fitness, dog park, etc.
