From the images you have attached I can understand what kind of style you're going for, but I'm not sure that the amount of money you are offering will bring in many designs of the quality you are after (because there will be a lot of time sent on the designer's behalf trying to create that unique design.

Above comment is spot on. By the time $90 converted to £s and design crowd take out their fee I'd get about £50.
And payment not guaranteed, very few designers will submit. Shame could be a nice job.

It doesnt have to be that detailed be any means, but sort of that style...
