Simple black and white design. Hummingbird cradling the "o" in One and maybe underneath the "a" in yoga. Or just have the hummingbird on one side or the other. OR have the humming bird above "ONE Hot Yoga". Here's the tricky part...create a hummingbird like design, but I don't want people to be able to tell exactly what it is!
