The bacchus is featured in a bunch of items (wine list, menu) I figured if it could add to the design it would be great but don't feel the need to force it, we don't want to make it too busy. We definitely would like to keep the grapes or something between the Da and Noi, we just want something perhaps a bit more polished. our focus is on the da Noi logo and trying to make it look more elegant and sophisticated.

just as additional info: a competitor near us has a similar name and we would like to keep lower case d and n to differentiate our logo from theirs as they capitalize both words.
