Resumen de Diseño Vectorizado

This company logo is about 50 years old and only exists in a paper format as I have provided in the scanned image. I would like to turn this paper logo into high quality digital file that can be used on banners and be expanded without quality losses. The image I'm attaching is not square (and should be) and also shows what looks like some darker shading in the upper 1/5 of the logo which is an error, the image should all be the same color and tone, equivalent to the darker shading in the top 1/5 of the image. I would like this same logo, with no creative modifications recreated (other than the scanning errors mentioned above) as an illustrator or eps file back as the final work. Thank you.
