Hello Creatives! I'm in need of a logo design for a new company based in Georgia, USA called 'Careers By Design.'

Some things that may be helpful in creating your concept(s) include:

My mission: to empower tweens through young adults to realize and actualize their career ASPIRATIONS.
My vision: for them to LIVE LIFE ON PURPOSE and become CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
Biblical scriptures that support my ‘Why’: Psalms 127: 3-4(NIV) Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like ARROWS in the hands of a warrior are children…. And Proverbs 29:18(JKV) Where there is no VISION, the people perish. *Words in ALL CAPS are to emphasize what's important to me and may possibly provide you some inspiration (IDK - Have fun with it)!

Colors: Think peacock feathers, both traditional and nontraditional. I really love how brilliant and rich the colors are including the gold or yellow accents. I’m also open to the concept of black letters with a pop of color.
