Since you want to convert the PSD to HTML and then WordPress, is it better to create the design with Visual Composer and Massive Addons (I have both myself, I'll install them onmy personal site and give you the final demo).

I also have the PSD of shortcodes, if you insist on creating PSD version just let me know. My entry will be done in few hours.
