Real Estate Wholesaling Company located in Houston, TX USA.
The name of the company is "Jesus Properties". The goal of the company is to purchase houses from distressed buyers needing immediate cash.

The targeted audience would be:
- middle to upper-aged
- lower-middle-class
- needing money immediately
- maybe desperate to sell their house

I am open to any type of design, but it must reflect trust. Also, I want a unique logo, not something I can find all over the internet. The main use of the logo would be in a vertical format business card. It will also be on the website and printed marketing material but mainly is to go in a business card.


Business Card:
Vertical Layout
Front and Back.
Front with contact info: Name, Title, OfficeP#, MobileP#, Fax#, e-mail, website
Back with 5-6 lines of legible text.

WebPage Design:

The webpage main goal is lead generation page, where people would go to submit their Name, Phone Number, and Real Estate Property Address, optionally the person could submit an e-mail address and the reason why they are selling their property.

The webpage will also provide some basic education to the visitor about what I do, how I do it, and the benefits of selling me their house. I am undecided about publishing a video/illustration on the web page - mybe a future adddition.
