So I contacted support. And while it looks like I can't extend the deadline, I can accept designs till I get a certain number of designers submitted. There's a $60 upgrade I can do as well to get more time and designers.

Doesn't need to be Atari 2600 style. I have someone who did a more modern Pixel art style and I liked it a lot.
