Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

For a project to liven up corporate values we have designed 7 questions our employees should ask themselves at any time. To start marketing these, we want to have various outings (posters, cards, leaflets, etc) that illustrate these questions. preferably with a logo / font of its own. Look and feel / moodwords: construction, white / red / black, values, non negociable, fun, vintage, together.
The 7 questions are here (underlying value between brackets)
1. How can I broaden my knowledge about this? How can I share my knowledge? (knowledge)
2. How does this contribute to a good working atmosphere? (fun)
3. Have I understood this correctly? (listening)
4. What would the customer say? (client orientation)
5. How can I help, even beyond my job description? (teamwork)
6. Am I keeping my commitments to others, internal or externally? (reliability)
7. Have I said it all? (honesty)

Each question needs to get its own little illustration.
Attached an example of work I commissioned here 4 years ago. I like the look and feel of the drawings, but please do feel free to make your unique proposition. What I like is the simplicity of the drawings. I would like maybe illustrations that feel "hand drawn" - as they need to give a warm, authentic and "fun / happy / flowy" feeling to the campaign.
I also added the company logo so you have a feel of what colors to work with. I don't mind RED being the main color and the illustrations in white.
